| Abstract | The rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) is fundamentally transforming organizational structures, technological infrastructures, and approaches to innovation. Digital transformation has progressed beyond the adoption of basic digital tools toward intelligent, adaptive, and data-driven ecosystems capable of supporting complex organizational decisions. This study examines the role of artificial intelligence-driven frameworks in enabling future digital transformation and proposes an integrated conceptual approach connecting intelligent automation, predictive analytics, organizational innovation, and sustainable development. The study adopts a conceptual and descriptive research design based on secondary literature concerning artificial intelligence, digital transformation, intelligent automation, organizational development, and technology-enabled innovation. The proposed framework integrates digital infrastructure, AI-enabled analytics, intelligent automation, human–AI collaboration, continuous organizational learning, and strategic decision support. The analysis indicates that AI can strengthen organizational responsiveness, operational efficiency, innovation capacity, and data-driven decision-making when appropriately integrated with organizational processes. However, challenges involving data governance, cybersecurity, workforce adaptation, algorithmic transparency, implementation costs, and technological dependency remain significant. The study concludes that future digital transformation requires AI frameworks that are adaptive, human-centered, scalable, transparent, and strategically aligned with organizational objectives. |
