| Abstract | The increasing complexity of contemporary technological, economic, social, and organizational environments has created a growing need for computing systems capable of processing large-scale information, learning from changing conditions, and supporting intelligent decision-making. Conventional computing models frequently depend on predetermined procedures and static computational rules, limiting their ability to respond effectively to uncertain and rapidly evolving challenges. Artificial intelligence has introduced intelligent computing approaches that can integrate machine learning, deep learning, predictive analytics, natural language processing, optimization, and automated reasoning within flexible computational architectures. This study examines intelligent computing models using artificial intelligence for addressing modern challenges and proposes a conceptual framework for integrating learning, reasoning, prediction, optimization, and adaptive decision-making capabilities. A conceptual and descriptive research design is employed through the synthesis of secondary scholarly literature on artificial intelligence, intelligent computing, machine learning, deep learning, automation, and adaptive systems. The proposed framework consists of data acquisition, intelligent preprocessing, representation learning, computational reasoning, decision optimization, performance evaluation, and continuous adaptation. The analysis indicates that AI-enabled computing models can improve computational intelligence, analytical efficiency, problem-solving capability, responsiveness, and adaptability across diverse application domains. Nevertheless, challenges involving data quality, computational complexity, cybersecurity, explainability, bias, model drift, and governance remain significant. The study concludes that intelligent computing models can provide a strong technological foundation for addressing modern challenges when supported by reliable data, efficient architectures, responsible AI practices, continuous monitoring, and appropriate human oversight. |
