| Abstract | Digital healthcare frameworks have become increasingly important for improving patient management through the integration of electronic health records, telemedicine, health information systems, mobile health technologies, wearable devices, remote patient monitoring, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and interoperable digital platforms. The increasing complexity of healthcare delivery requires coordinated approaches that can support patient information management, clinical communication, continuous monitoring, care coordination, and timely decision-making. This study examines digital healthcare frameworks for improved patient management through a conceptual and literature-based research approach. The study focuses on digital patient records, remote monitoring, telehealth, clinical decision-support systems, mobile healthcare applications, data analytics, interoperability, and patient-centered digital services. The analysis indicates that integrated digital healthcare frameworks can improve access to patient information, facilitate communication among healthcare professionals, support continuous monitoring, strengthen care coordination, and improve the efficiency of healthcare workflows. Electronic health records can provide centralized access to relevant patient information, while remote monitoring can support continuous observation outside conventional healthcare facilities. Telemedicine can facilitate communication between patients and healthcare professionals, particularly when physical access to healthcare services is limited. Artificial intelligence and data analytics can provide additional decision-support capabilities by identifying patterns and generating predictive information. However, digital healthcare implementation involves challenges related to privacy, cybersecurity, interoperability, data quality, digital literacy, infrastructure, implementation costs, and user acceptance. The study emphasizes that effective digital healthcare frameworks should integrate technological infrastructure with clinical workflows, organizational processes, patient needs, data governance, and appropriate human oversight. The study concludes that well-designed digital healthcare frameworks can improve patient management when technological integration is accompanied by secure information governance, reliable infrastructure, professional engagement, and patient-centered implementation. |
