| Abstract | Advanced healthcare analytics has become an important component of contemporary disease management by enabling healthcare organizations to transform large volumes of clinical, physiological, behavioral, and administrative information into actionable knowledge. The integration of artificial intelligence, machine learning, predictive analytics, electronic health records, real-time monitoring, and population health analytics provides opportunities to improve disease prediction, risk stratification, treatment planning, patient monitoring, and healthcare resource allocation. This study examines advanced healthcare analytics for disease management strategies, focusing on the application of data-driven approaches to chronic disease monitoring, early risk identification, personalized intervention, clinical decision support, and population-level healthcare planning. A qualitative descriptive and conceptual research design was adopted through a review of secondary academic literature. The analysis indicates that advanced healthcare analytics can strengthen disease management by identifying high-risk patients, supporting early intervention, monitoring disease progression, and enabling more individualized healthcare strategies. Predictive models can assist healthcare professionals in recognizing potential complications, while real-time analytics can support continuous monitoring. However, effective implementation requires high-quality data, interoperability, cybersecurity, clinical validation, ethical governance, skilled personnel, and appropriate integration with healthcare workflows. The study concludes that advanced analytics can contribute to more proactive, personalized, efficient, and evidence-based disease management when analytical technologies are implemented alongside clinical expertise and patient-centered practices. Future research should focus on explainable artificial intelligence, real-time predictive analytics, multimodal healthcare data, privacy-preserving analytics, digital twins, and scalable disease management platforms. |
