| Abstract | Digital learning frameworks are becoming central to the transformation of contemporary education by integrating artificial intelligence, learning analytics, cloud computing, virtual learning environments, mobile technologies, adaptive learning systems, and collaborative digital platforms. These frameworks provide opportunities to redesign instructional practices, personalize learning experiences, expand educational accessibility, and strengthen interaction between learners and educators. This study examines digital learning frameworks and their potential contribution to future education transformation, focusing on technological integration, personalized learning, digital assessment, learner engagement, collaborative education, and data-driven instructional decision-making. A qualitative descriptive and conceptual research design was adopted using secondary academic literature. The analysis indicates that well-designed digital learning frameworks can support flexible learning, adaptive instruction, continuous assessment, collaborative knowledge construction, and improved access to educational resources. However, challenges involving digital inequality, infrastructure limitations, cybersecurity, data privacy, teacher preparedness, learner digital literacy, technological complexity, and resistance to pedagogical change may constrain successful implementation. Sustainable transformation requires reliable digital infrastructure, teacher training, inclusive instructional design, appropriate governance, and continuous evaluation of educational outcomes. The study concludes that digital learning frameworks can contribute substantially to future education transformation when technology is integrated with sound pedagogy, human interaction, learner needs, and institutional strategies. |
