| Abstract | Artificial intelligence has become an important technological foundation for developing personalized educational experiences that respond to differences in learner performance, pace, preferences, and academic requirements. AI-driven educational solutions integrate machine learning, natural language processing, predictive analytics, recommendation systems, adaptive learning technologies, intelligent tutoring, and generative AI to support individualized learning pathways. This study examines AI-driven educational solutions for personalized learning, focusing on adaptive content delivery, intelligent tutoring, personalized recommendations, automated feedback, learner profiling, predictive analytics, and AI-supported assessment. A qualitative descriptive and conceptual research design was adopted using secondary academic literature. The analysis indicates that AI can process learner-generated information to identify performance patterns and support the selection of appropriate learning resources, activities, and interventions. Adaptive systems can modify content difficulty according to learner progression, while intelligent tutoring systems can provide individualized assistance. Predictive analytics can support early identification of learning difficulties, and generative AI can provide interactive explanations and customized learning materials. However, AI-driven personalization also creates challenges concerning data privacy, algorithmic bias, transparency, cybersecurity, teacher preparedness, academic integrity, digital inequality, and technological dependence. Personalized learning should therefore incorporate human oversight and maintain learner autonomy. The study concludes that AI-driven educational solutions can strengthen personalized learning when technological capabilities are integrated with sound pedagogy, responsible data governance, teacher expertise, inclusive access, and continuous evaluation. |
