| Abstract | The rapid development of digital technologies has transformed contemporary teaching practices by introducing new approaches to instructional delivery, classroom interaction, assessment, collaboration, and educational resource management. Digital innovation models provide structured approaches for integrating technology with pedagogical strategies to improve teaching flexibility, learner participation, instructional efficiency, and educational responsiveness. This study examines digital innovation models for modern teaching practices through a conceptual and literature-based research design. The analysis focuses on blended learning, flipped classrooms, adaptive learning, learning management systems, collaborative digital platforms, artificial intelligence, learning analytics, virtual learning environments, digital assessment, and immersive technologies. An integrated digital teaching innovation framework is proposed connecting instructional objectives, learner requirements, pedagogical design, technology selection, teacher capabilities, digital resources, assessment, feedback, and continuous improvement. Digital innovation can support personalized instruction, facilitate collaborative learning, provide flexible access to educational materials, and enable teachers to use learning data for instructional decision-making. However, successful implementation depends on teacher preparedness, infrastructure, digital accessibility, pedagogical alignment, data privacy, cybersecurity, workload management, and institutional support. Technology adoption without appropriate pedagogical planning may increase complexity without producing meaningful educational improvement. The study emphasizes that digital innovation should be guided by educational objectives and learner needs rather than technological novelty. Teachers remain central to instructional decision-making, while digital technologies function as tools that extend pedagogical capabilities. Future research should investigate AI-supported instructional design, adaptive teaching models, immersive learning, learning analytics, digital assessment, teacher digital competence, inclusive technology integration, and long-term outcomes of technology-enabled teaching. The proposed framework offers a conceptual foundation for educational institutions seeking to integrate digital innovation into modern teaching practices in a systematic, sustainable, and pedagogically meaningful manner. |
