| Abstract | Emerging education technologies are reshaping contemporary learning environments by integrating artificial intelligence, adaptive learning, learning analytics, extended reality, cloud computing, mobile technologies, intelligent tutoring, and digital collaboration. These technologies can support personalized instruction, flexible learning, continuous assessment, learner engagement, and evidence-informed educational decision-making. This study examines emerging education technologies for intelligent learning solutions, with emphasis on their technological characteristics, educational applications, personalization capabilities, and implementation requirements. A qualitative descriptive and conceptual research design was adopted using secondary academic literature. The analysis identifies artificial intelligence, adaptive learning platforms, learning analytics, intelligent tutoring systems, immersive technologies, mobile learning, and cloud-based educational platforms as important components of intelligent learning ecosystems. AI can support automated assistance and content recommendations, while adaptive systems can modify learning activities according to learner progress. Learning analytics can provide information about engagement and academic performance, and immersive technologies can create interactive learning experiences. However, implementation challenges include digital inequality, infrastructure limitations, privacy concerns, cybersecurity risks, algorithmic bias, accessibility barriers, teacher preparedness, technological costs, and pedagogical alignment. The study concludes that emerging education technologies can strengthen intelligent learning solutions when they are integrated with sound pedagogy, human oversight, inclusive design, responsible data governance, and continuous educational evaluation. |
