| Abstract | Technology-based business strategies are increasingly shaping the development and competitiveness of organizations operating in emerging markets. Rapid advances in digital platforms, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, mobile technologies, big data analytics, financial technologies, and Internet of Things applications are creating new opportunities for organizations to improve operational efficiency, expand market access, strengthen customer engagement, and develop innovative business models. This study examines technology-based business strategies for emerging markets, emphasizing digital infrastructure, technological adoption, innovation, market development, customer-oriented services, and organizational capabilities. A qualitative descriptive and conceptual research design was adopted using secondary academic literature. The analysis identifies digital platforms, mobile technologies, cloud computing, analytics, and artificial intelligence as important technological resources for organizations seeking to respond to dynamic market environments. Technology-based strategies can facilitate market expansion, digital payments, remote service delivery, supply-chain coordination, customer analytics, and entrepreneurial development. At the same time, emerging markets may experience challenges involving infrastructure limitations, affordability, digital skills, cybersecurity, regulatory uncertainty, data privacy, and unequal technology access. The study emphasizes that effective technology-based strategies require alignment between technological capabilities, market conditions, organizational resources, customer requirements, and institutional environments. Sustainable business development depends on adaptable strategies that combine technological innovation with workforce development, responsible governance, infrastructure improvement, and continuous evaluation. |
