| Abstract | Knowledge has become a strategic organizational resource in environments characterized by digital transformation, global competition, continuous innovation, and rapidly changing market conditions. Knowledge management strategies provide organizations with structured approaches for creating, acquiring, sharing, storing, and applying knowledge to improve organizational performance and long-term development. This study examines knowledge management strategies for organizational excellence, focusing on knowledge creation, knowledge sharing, organizational learning, digital knowledge systems, employee collaboration, innovation, and strategic decision-making. A qualitative descriptive and conceptual research design was adopted using secondary academic literature. The analysis indicates that effective knowledge management can strengthen organizational learning, decision quality, innovation capability, employee development, and operational improvement. Digital technologies such as artificial intelligence, cloud platforms, enterprise knowledge systems, and collaborative applications can facilitate knowledge capture and accessibility. However, successful knowledge management depends on organizational culture, employee participation, leadership support, technological infrastructure, knowledge quality, and appropriate governance mechanisms. Challenges include knowledge silos, employee resistance, information overload, knowledge loss, technological complexity, and difficulties in converting individual knowledge into organizational knowledge. The study emphasizes that knowledge management should be integrated with organizational strategy rather than treated solely as an information technology function. Sustainable organizational excellence requires alignment among people, processes, technology, leadership, and knowledge-oriented culture. The study provides a conceptual basis for understanding how knowledge management strategies can support organizational learning, innovation, adaptability, and continuous improvement. |
