| Abstract | Digital technologies have substantially transformed human resource management by enabling organizations to modernize recruitment, employee development, performance management, workforce planning, communication, and organizational decision-making. The integration of artificial intelligence, machine learning, cloud-based human resource management systems, people analytics, robotic process automation, digital collaboration platforms, and mobile applications has created opportunities for more efficient, data-driven, and responsive HR practices. This study examines advanced human resource management using digital technologies through a conceptual and literature-based research design. The study focuses on digital recruitment, intelligent talent acquisition, employee analytics, digital learning, performance management, workforce planning, employee engagement, and automated HR administration. An integrated framework is proposed linking workforce requirements, digital HR infrastructure, employee data, intelligent analytics, HR decision support, employee experience, performance evaluation, and continuous improvement. Digital technologies can improve administrative efficiency, support evidence-based workforce decisions, facilitate personalized learning, and strengthen communication between employees and organizations. At the same time, implementation creates challenges related to data privacy, cybersecurity, algorithmic bias, employee surveillance, digital skills, system integration, organizational resistance, and technological investment. Future research should examine generative AI in HR, responsible people analytics, intelligent workforce planning, digital employee experience, hybrid-work technologies, algorithmic fairness, and human-AI collaboration. The proposed framework provides a conceptual foundation for understanding how digital technologies can support advanced, strategic, employee-centered, and data-informed human resource management. |
