| Abstract | Intelligent financial analytics has become an important capability for organizations seeking to strengthen strategic planning, financial forecasting, resource allocation, risk assessment, and performance management. The integration of artificial intelligence, machine learning, big data analytics, predictive modelling, cloud computing, and automated financial systems enables organizations to process complex financial information and generate timely insights. This study examines intelligent financial analytics for strategic planning, with particular attention to predictive forecasting, financial performance analysis, risk management, investment planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and decision support. A qualitative descriptive and conceptual research design was adopted using secondary academic literature. The analysis indicates that intelligent financial analytics can enhance strategic planning by improving forecasting capabilities, identifying financial patterns, supporting scenario analysis, and facilitating evidence-based managerial decisions. Automated analytical systems can also reduce manual processing requirements and improve the accessibility of financial information. However, implementation challenges include data quality, cybersecurity, privacy, technological costs, model transparency, skills shortages, and organizational resistance. The study emphasizes that intelligent financial analytics should be integrated with organizational strategy, financial governance, human expertise, and appropriate performance-monitoring mechanisms. Effective implementation requires reliable data infrastructures, skilled financial professionals, responsible artificial intelligence practices, and continuous model evaluation. The study provides a conceptual foundation for understanding the role of intelligent analytics in strengthening financial planning and supporting sustainable organizational decision-making. |
