Artificial Intelligence Models for Predictive Business Analysis

| Abstract | Artificial intelligence has become an important technological capability for predictive business analysis because organizations increasingly require accurate, timely, and data-driven insights for strategic decision-making. Artificial intelligence models can process large and complex datasets, identify hidden patterns, estimate future outcomes, and support business planning across marketing, finance, operations, supply chains, and customer management. This study examines artificial intelligence models for predictive business analysis, focusing on machine learning, deep learning, predictive modelling, natural language processing, automated analytics, and intelligent decision-support systems. A qualitative descriptive and conceptual research design was adopted using secondary academic literature. The analysis indicates that AI-based predictive models can support demand forecasting, customer behaviour prediction, financial analysis, risk identification, sales forecasting, inventory planning, and operational optimization. These capabilities can improve organizational responsiveness and support evidence-based strategic decisions. However, effective implementation depends on data quality, model validity, computational infrastructure, employee expertise, explainability, privacy, cybersecurity, and organizational readiness. The study emphasizes that AI-based predictive analysis should be integrated with managerial expertise and organizational strategy rather than treated as an independent technological solution. Appropriate governance and continuous model monitoring are also necessary because business environments and datasets change over time. The study provides a conceptual foundation for understanding the applications, benefits, implementation challenges, and future development of artificial intelligence models in predictive business analysis. |
