| Abstract | Artificial intelligence has increasingly transformed marketing intelligence by enabling organizations to process large volumes of customer, market, transactional, and digital interaction data. Artificial intelligence-based marketing intelligence systems integrate machine learning, natural language processing, predictive analytics, recommendation technologies, automated decision support, and real-time data processing to improve market understanding and marketing management. This study examines artificial intelligence-based marketing intelligence systems through a conceptual and literature-based research approach. The study focuses on customer intelligence, predictive market analytics, consumer segmentation, personalization, sentiment analysis, demand forecasting, competitive intelligence, automated decision-making, and marketing performance evaluation. An integrated framework is developed connecting data infrastructure, artificial intelligence capabilities, customer intelligence, market analytics, predictive modeling, personalization, decision support, marketing implementation, and organizational outcomes. AI-based marketing intelligence systems can help organizations identify changing customer preferences, anticipate market trends, optimize marketing activities, and improve the alignment between customer needs and organizational offerings. However, implementation involves challenges related to data quality, privacy, cybersecurity, algorithmic bias, technological complexity, organizational skills, integration costs, and responsible AI governance. The study emphasizes that AI-based marketing intelligence should complement managerial expertise rather than function as an isolated technological solution. Effective implementation requires alignment among data resources, AI capabilities, marketing strategy, human expertise, organizational processes, and governance mechanisms. Future research should investigate generative AI in marketing intelligence, real-time customer intelligence, explainable marketing analytics, privacy-preserving intelligence systems, AI-supported competitive intelligence, and autonomous marketing decision-support environments. The study provides a conceptual foundation for understanding how AI-based intelligence systems can contribute to evidence-informed, adaptive, personalized, and strategically integrated marketing management. |
