| Abstract | Innovation management has become a central organizational capability for responding to technological disruption, changing customer expectations, competitive pressures, and evolving market conditions. Future organizations require systematic strategies for identifying opportunities, developing new ideas, integrating emerging technologies, managing innovation portfolios, and converting knowledge into sustainable organizational value. This study examines innovation management strategies for future organizations through a conceptual and literature-based research approach. The study focuses on strategic innovation, digital transformation, organizational agility, knowledge management, technology adoption, open innovation, employee participation, innovation ecosystems, and sustainable value creation. An integrated framework is developed connecting organizational vision, environmental sensing, innovation capabilities, knowledge resources, emerging technologies, collaborative innovation, experimentation, implementation, and performance evaluation. The analysis indicates that effective innovation management requires alignment between technological resources, organizational culture, leadership, employee capabilities, strategic priorities, and market requirements. Future organizations may benefit from flexible structures that encourage experimentation while maintaining appropriate governance and resource discipline. Open innovation and ecosystem collaboration can provide access to external knowledge, technologies, talent, and complementary resources. The study emphasizes that innovation should be treated as a continuous organizational process rather than a one-time project. Sustainable innovation requires continuous learning, strategic adaptability, responsible technology use, employee involvement, and stakeholder-oriented value creation. Future research should examine AI-enabled innovation management, autonomous innovation systems, digital innovation ecosystems, innovation resilience, sustainable innovation portfolios, and human-AI collaboration in organizational creativity. The study provides a conceptual foundation for developing innovation management strategies capable of supporting organizational adaptability, competitiveness, resilience, and long-term development. |
