| Abstract | The increasing complexity of contemporary problems across science, technology, business, healthcare, environmental management, and social systems requires analytical approaches capable of processing heterogeneous information and identifying relationships within highly interconnected environments. Advanced intelligent systems integrate artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, knowledge representation, big-data analytics, and intelligent decision-support mechanisms to address complex analytical requirements. This study examines the application of advanced intelligent systems for complex problem analysis, with emphasis on predictive modelling, pattern recognition, knowledge discovery, decision support, multimodal analysis, and adaptive problem-solving. A qualitative descriptive research design was adopted using secondary academic literature and thematic analysis. The analysis identifies intelligent data processing, predictive analytics, explainable AI, knowledge integration, automated reasoning, and human-AI collaboration as important components of complex problem analysis. Findings indicate that intelligent systems can improve analytical efficiency, identify hidden patterns, support scenario evaluation, and facilitate evidence-based decision-making. However, challenges involving data quality, model interpretability, algorithmic bias, computational requirements, cybersecurity, privacy, and system reliability remain significant. The study emphasizes that intelligent analytical systems should operate within transparent methodological and governance frameworks supported by human oversight. Future research should explore explainable intelligent systems, multimodal reasoning, causal AI, adaptive learning architectures, intelligent agents, digital twins, and collaborative human-AI analytical environments. The study concludes that advanced intelligent systems can strengthen complex problem analysis when computational intelligence is combined with reliable data, appropriate methodologies, interdisciplinary knowledge, and responsible human supervision. |
