| Abstract | Advanced biomedical technologies are increasingly transforming healthcare through the integration of engineering, biological sciences, digital technologies, medical devices, artificial intelligence, and data-driven systems. These technologies support improved diagnosis, monitoring, treatment, rehabilitation, personalized medicine, and healthcare management. This study examines advanced biomedical technologies for future healthcare innovation, with particular attention to biomedical sensors, wearable devices, medical imaging, artificial intelligence, robotics, biotechnology, tissue engineering, telemedicine, and digital health systems. A qualitative descriptive and conceptual research design was adopted using secondary academic literature. The analysis indicates that biomedical technologies can improve healthcare capabilities by enabling earlier detection, continuous monitoring, precise intervention, and individualized treatment. Artificial intelligence can enhance medical image interpretation and predictive analysis, while wearable and implantable technologies can provide continuous physiological information. Biomedical robotics can support surgery and rehabilitation, whereas tissue engineering and regenerative technologies can contribute to advanced therapeutic approaches. Despite these opportunities, challenges related to technological complexity, data privacy, cybersecurity, interoperability, affordability, ethical concerns, regulatory requirements, and clinical validation remain significant. The study concludes that advanced biomedical technologies can contribute substantially to future healthcare innovation when developed through interdisciplinary, patient-centered, secure, and evidence-based approaches. Future research should emphasize intelligent biomedical systems, personalized medicine, regenerative technologies, explainable artificial intelligence, connected medical devices, privacy-preserving healthcare analytics, and clinically validated technological solutions. |
